Sapna is a “not for profit” organization comprising of professionals. It started with weekly visits to the Safdarjung Hospital Dharamshala sometime in December 2002.

Looking  at the miserable plight of patients coming from far flung areas of the country especially from Bihar and UP having little or no support in this huge metropolis, it was decided to provide support both economic and otherwise to such poor and indigent patients.

Our organization started for the empowerment of the poor and the needy and has moved on to other spheres of socio-economic upliftment in the field of education, women empowerment, community development and social welfare.

Dr B N Sharma / President, Naval Doctor, Retired as Commander .Also worked for 23 years in Bombay Hospital and pioneer in setting up the Institute of Nuclear Medicine at Bombay Hospital.
